Course description
Building a Quality Schedule | PS-201
A schedule can calculate and still be wrong. This course shows how to test a schedule the way an owner or auditor does, using the DCMA 14-point assessment, and how to fix what the tests find.
Who it’s for: Schedulers with some hands-on experience; reviewers of contractor schedules.
Duration: Self-paced
